This may cover strategic planning, as well as financial, organizational, operational, or sales issues. Primarily in the energy industry, as well as in general finance and corporate management.
Mentoring
Mentoring is a development process in which, as a mentor, I support an individual (the mentee) in achieving their professional, leadership, or personal goals. I use my experience, advice, and feedback to guide the mentee’s decision-making and learning. The process is typically long-term and is based on the transfer of knowledge and experience.
Business coaching
Through business coaching, I use questions, feedback, and structured methods to help leaders find their own solutions to business or leadership challenges. My goal is to improve performance, decision-making, and leadership skills, as well as to support the leader’s personal and professional growth. The process is based on increasing self-awareness and mobilizing individual resources.
